  Can you please control your poor people that you're stacking up down there? The residents who pay a lot of money to live in a clean community are sick of dealing with the trash down the hill, who consistently make their way up to the woods and steal whatever they can, throw their trash everywhere, and leave their dogs waste on our roads. Our constructing of a gate cannot come soon enough. Also worth mentioning half of your tenants park sideways up the hill and of course leave their garbage right outside their cars. Do better.

  If you Don’t like peaceful living, This is the place for you. I lived in a one bedroom and a two bedroom unit at Cameron Ridge, Both were not prepared to be moved into. The second unit suffered from terrible mold caused from prior flooding all through out the complex (there is no drainage in this complex) that I Continuously pointed out and they said they would take care of immediately. They did not and it spread On to our personal belongings . We had the mold tested because my newborn son was having endless health issues and it ended up being toxic mold. A lot of our belongings were thrown out and the stuff we kept is still being cleaned. Cameron Ridge has done everything to cover their tracks And make it seem like there’s no issue. They even continued to paint over the mold multiple times. After endless heartache we ended up leaving and since then my son is not longer suffering from the health issues he was while living there . For making such a fuss with the complex and taking it to The county They are now retaliating against me. Not giving me my deposit and asking for money, they told me would not be owed. They Ironically enough want me to pay them for time that they had paid for my family and I to stay at a hotel while they made ‘repairs’ . My son was in the hospital because of the mold more than once and the drs wrote a note for the management saying that it’s not safe for the baby to be there and that’s why we were placed else where while they did ‘ Remediation’ so For them to ask for money is outrageous. Marie is a great manipulator she’ll make it seem like she’s your friend and like she cares But never forget that this world revolves only around money. Her boss, Heather is even worse. Heather looked me dead in the eyes and told me to Always trust my motherly instinct to keep my baby safe and then continued to not give us a safe space to live . They are such phonies. They went so far as to get their own mold test and lie. They’ve sent me many messages saying that there is no mold in that apartment at all after the ‘remediation’ But when you walk in, you can visibly see it and smell it. I don’t even have a bed to sleep on anymore because the bottom of our mattress had black mold on it . I’m sure they’ll respond to this denying everything and that’s fine but just beware They might screw your family over and take everything from you and leave you with nothing and still ask for money at the end .

  I live on the property. Marie the property manager is amazing. Very helpful at all times.
