  Resident that's been here so so long? "Sergio the maintenance guy" is worth every dollar, an asset for Terra Camarillo APT> If I have any problems with the apt unit he is their to resolve the issues. He is very valuable person for your company and very reliable hard working employee you guys have, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GIVE HIM MORE HOURS he deserves it !?! I recommend he should be in Manager or a higher position he won"t let your guys down

  I put in tons of noise complaints and the management staff could care less. I was a great tenant here for several years and when it came time to move out, they tried telling me they were going to charge me automatic fees that were a violation of the lease. No transparency nor knowledge of the lease. I plan to take them to small claims court if they do not refund me these charges. Maintenance staff is great but I would not recommend living here. Stay away. It’s going downhill with the management staff.
