  From the moment I stepped onto the property, it truly felt like a resort, and Moises made the experience even better. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the amenities feel luxurious, and there’s an overall relaxing, welcoming atmosphere that doesn’t feel like typical apartment living. Moises was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to show me everything the community has to offer and made sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend this property and working with Moises if you get the chance

  November 2025 My experience with this place was very disappointing and lines up with the other bad reviews. I applied for a 2B2B around $2.5k after being clearly assured that a parking spot would be available. I paid $100 for two applications, and about two weeks later they told me there were actually no parking spots and that I’d have to park on the street. They kept pressing me for an answer and gave me a deadline: either move forward or cancel by a certain date, or they’d keep my security deposit. I eventually got my $250 deposit refunded, but the $100 application fee was gone—basically I paid just to be misled. I went by the property around 3 p.m. on a Saturday to see things for myself, and the parking situation was exactly as others described—almost nothing available. When I called to cancel, they suddenly “found” a garage space, but only if I paid an extra $150 a month. I still chose to walk away because it all felt dishonest. I do not recommend renting here. The glowing Google reviews do not match my experience at all—check the reviews on Yelp instead; they’re much closer to reality.

  November 2025 I agree with the other reviewers--this was a dishonest and frustrating experience. I secured a 2B2B unit for 2.5k and was explicitly told before submitting our applications that a parking spot would be available. After paying $100 for two applications, Villas contacted me two weeks later to inform me that there were actually no parking spots available and that I would need to park on the street. Villas was persistent getting an answer to move. I was given an ultimatum to either move forward or cancel at a given day or else they would keep my security deposit. I got my $250 deposit back , but my $100 for the application went down the drain. I paid $100 to get misled, cool. I visited the property at 3 p.m. on a Saturday to evaluate the parking situation myself, and as many reviews mentioned, there was virtually no parking available. When I called to cancel my application, they suddenly "found" a garage spot--but it would cost an additional $150 per month. I chose to move forward with the cancellation regardless. I do not recommend, the good reviews feel fake ---Responding to management below. We can talk if you guys send my $100 application fee back. I would've never submitted an application if I wasn't going to get a parking spot. Everyone should go to Yelp and see the reviews
