- JFjesus floresNov 26, 20251.0I’ve had a terrible experience with these apartments. Nobody ever told me that the security deposit would take this long to be returned, and it has now been over 6 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. On top of that, they charged me two months of utilities plus electricity, even though I always paid my electricity separately every month. The manager, Joanna, has been completely unhelpful and there is zero transparency in the way they handle charges or deposits. This place is poorly managed, and I absolutely do not recommend renting here.
