  The maintenance team here is wonderful. They are really responsive and do a great job quickly fixing even minor issues. Thanks especially to Garet who always has a great attitude and gets things done quickly. Wish I could tip that guy!

  I had an excellent experience working with Jessica. From the very first interaction, she was very professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home. Jessica took the time to answer all of my questions & explained the leasing process clearly. Jessica's responsiveness and attention to detail really stood out, and it’s clear they care about both residents and the community as a whole.

  My experience with this group has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, I worked with Chloe, who was incredibly patient, helpful, and always willing to answer every question I had. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. My move-in experience was a breeze, which I truly appreciated. The community and neighborhood have a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the landscaping is well maintained. Maintenance has also been very quick to respond to any work I’ve requested, which has made settling in even easier. I haven’t had the chance to explore all the amenities yet, but based on the tour, I’m excited to check them out. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I were tenants for three years. The Staff in the beginning were very cordial and prompt with answering inquiries and presenting paperwork. The management changed during our second year. At the start of our final year at Mission Hills we never received our lease renewal notice and they began to charge us the month to month rate. I had an auto payment set up to pay the rent and I got a notice that I owed several hundred dollars for the past two months of rent being short. They proceeded to try and make me pay the month to month rate difference even though it was their failure to present a lease renewal agreement. Fast-forward to the end of that year we have moved out and had the place professionaly cleaned before we left and patched any drywall issues. The maintenance team told me I would not need to paint that it gets painted after every tenant anyway. They kept our $900 security deposit and tried to charge an additional $650 for drywall repair, cleaning and carpet. I disputed the claim with them and they said they would reassess the cost and get back to me. I never heard from them. Then 1.5 years later we receive a collection notice from a lawyer for the balance. All this to say that the management lacks either the bandwidth or the knowledge to properly accommodate the tenants and it leads to misunderstandings and hardships on both sides.
