  Paulette is a very professional and hard working realtor. Not only is she friendly but she is also one of a kind. She helped us sell our house to a wonderful family and it went very smoothly. She made sure to provide us with every detail we needed to move forward with the sale and even made sure to go over the process step by step in person.   Paulette was absolutely wonderful helping me sell my condo in North Hollywood. Above and beyond listing and advertising it, Paulette was actively involved in giving me advice for sprucing up my place making it more attractive to sell. She would show up at my place and help me and recommended workers who were incredible. Through the entire process, Paulette was always cheerful and positive, and always with her beautiful smile. Her knowledge of the real estate market and ability to find a home in a great neighborhood was thoughtfully executed. I especially appreciated the constant communication, which went above and beyond to ensure every step of the process was explained thoroughly. Having all the reports printed, bound and hand- delivered was a wonderful touch. She negotiated a good deal and saved me money on needed repairs. Even after the close of escrow, her continued help with questions and follow-ups has been invaluable. She is incredibly easy to talk to and always seem to have the answers immediately.
