The property is well maintained and you will enjoy the pool during summer time. It was a pleasure being a resident here. Anyone that would rent here will have an amazing experience and a home.
- MRMayra ROct 16, 20245.0Lived here for about 8 years and management/maintenance workers have always been great at taking care of any issues. Irene and Alejandro were always a pleasure to talk to and always treated us with kindness. If at any moment they forgot to do something, they always made sure to take care of it right away. They are after all, trying their best; they have a lot of apts they have to keep track of and are always busy so give them some grace. We did have some noise issues with the tenants above us but the issue was resolved with communication between both parties. Communication is key! Overall, we had a great experience here the area is quite calm and quiet which is great! The pool was always clean and they have plenty washers and dryers for you to do your laundry. There’s also another laundry mat across the street for bigger items. Other than that we never had any other issues. The complex was spacious and comfortable for my family and I. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Alejandro and Irene for making it a great place to live! :)
