And they don't answer their phones. it looked so great in pictures I really wanted to see it. I wandered around a bit, talked to people who live there and they said that's pretty standard. I guess there's two gals who work in the office they show up for a couple of hours a week but other than that they're never around and you can't get in touch. It's also kind of run down. A lot of pretty pictures on the website so thought it would be a great place to live, but when you get there, landscaping seems to be decent but everything else is pretty dingy. No way it's worth the money they're asking. Can get way better close by for the same $$. Residence also seem really unhappy. Didn't talk to anyone who is happy about living there. I guess don't be sucked in by the pretty pictures on their fancy website.

They are very quick with needs that need to be met and repairs that need to be addressed. The property is taken great care of it is very clean and welcoming . The residents all have a sense of pride living here . I am glad I chose Medici to call home .
