When I signed up, the quiet space on the 5th floor was a huge part of why I joined — it was presented as part of the membership. Now they’ve leased out that entire section, which is more than half the usable space for members. If I’d locked into a yearly plan, I’d be furious. On top of that, service is sloppy: staff often late, amenities (like the drinks on tap) regularly empty, and the overall value just keeps shrinking. This feels misleading — you think you’re buying access to one thing, then they take it away without adjusting the price. For $339/month, this is unacceptable. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for coworking space.
