  As a resident, I have loved living at ACE because of the lovely staff! Specifically, Trinity always greets me with a smile and makes ACE feel like a home away from home!

  Curtains as thin as a condom. Never fixed any public amenities, rooftop fireplace both broken for 8 months, entire trash chute system broken for 6 months, management clearly acknowledged but never attempted to fix it. I requested them to fix, they cancelled my request twice. Management is also absolutely unprofessional. They respond to 1 in 8 emails, with weeks of delay. Most of the emails never received any replies at all. Poor communication, extremely bad efficiency. They simply hate their jobs. There is no racial diversity on the management team, they dress and walk around like divas in high heels as if it’s a fashion show. They fake advertise themselves as “fully furnished apartments” scam. Nothing is furnished at all, they have some wack default furniture (a really uncomfortable sofa as rough as sand paper, some random storage, 2 bed frames and mattress in a room. They charge pretty much the highest rent around. For this type of software quality, it is just ridiculous. Everything you expect that can normally be assisted with the management team, they will 100% not help you, they can’t even respond to emails. Oh yeah, not to mention, almost 7 times false fire alarm in a month too, with no explanations asking us to leave and not record. By the way rent has gone up by $625 next year, I don’t know how this is legal. Literally a 25% increase with absolutely no reason. I’m pretty sure they price discriminate. Oh yeah, in working hours, you won’t see any of the staff existing on site 65% of the time. They are all for some reasons hiding somewhere. And yes, they’d tell me to email them for solving any problem. The problem is, the whole management team has to be replaced. How does the owner of the building not know the fact that every single tenant hates living in here? Shoutout to security guard Sahid, I love him. He’s the only nice guy. Not to mention how dusty the apartment becomes in even 3 days (heavy dust on every single surface) ; how dirty and rusted the water is (literally leaving stains on the sink every single time) ; and the A/C. The A/C doesn’t work in the rooms, only in the living room, it is also very very weak and useless. There’s vents in the bedrooms just for decorations.

  The security guards in the lobby don’t think from the customer’s perspective at all. They just use their authority from work to make things difficult. I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, so the food was sent to the lobby. Later, I gave my ID photo to the delivery person and asked him to bring the order to another location, but the guards kept making things difficult. Do I not even have the right to handle my own stuff anymore?
