  I'm writing this review after relocating away from Benicia to San Diego. I lived at Waterstone Terrace from April 2000 to June 2022. The property manager, Anabelle, was first rate: very caring and supportive. Maintenance support was also great, problems were addressed quickly and effectively. The apartment complex is located in a superb section of Benicia: gentrified residential area and only a block from the shoreline of the Carquinez Strait. The buildings in the complex are older, but do have double-pane windows. This is a safe and friendly place to live. Good for dog owners: an on-site dog park and a great surrounding neighborhood with dog-friendly sidewalks.

  Me and my fiancé have lived here for almost three years the neighborhood was very quiet, Maintanece was very responsive to calls and the manager was perfect

  I have been living at Waterstone Terrace for about 6 months I found this place by accident and I think it's been a blessing ever since it's close to the water there is a bait shop across the street and even the gas station across the street everything is convenient and local. Whenever I needed anything done or fixed maintenance was right on it and the front office always followed up on my request and needs by email or phone call
