They made us feel right at home and were always very responsive to our needs. If it weren't for working across the bridge we'd still be living there. Its well taken care of, safe, and the staff is top notch. I would highly recommend making CP your first choice if looking for an apartment in the Benicia area. A++

The units were clean and so were the grounds. The amenities were great as well and so were the views of the bay. They responded to issues in a timely manner. They also would throw on events like clothing drives for the residents or Trunk or Treat which was fun and brought a sense of community there.
- SPSamantha PiascikMay 12, 20165.0Quiet and nice amenities in a nice location. There is a gym, heated pool, 3 hot tubs, saunas and racquetball courts. The view of the water is priceless. The staff is great too and they have a lot of community events they put on. For example; community BBQ supplied by the office, they gave out a free large pizza for each apartment one night, had a community garage sale, and breakfast a few times supplied by the office. They even have a text number you can text them at with questions. You really can't beat the price for everything it has to offer. They even let us paint. It's a nice spot. I miss it so much. We just moved to the east coast and if I ever return to Benicia I would return here.
