  I genuinely enjoyed living here. They were very transparent and professional. The groundskeepers are very friendly and helpful. The units were clean and so were the grounds. The amenities were great as well and so were the views of the bay. They responded to issues in a timely manner. They also would throw on events like clothing drives for the residents or Trunk or Treat which was fun and brought a sense of community there.

  I moved into Club Pacifica back in June 2017. I left ,moved back to the East Coast as I am a travel nurse. Since I couldn't find a home of my own, I am having one built from the ground up on the East Coast, so here I am back in California working. I came right back home to Club Pacifica. I really enjoy living here and planed on staying here until my home was built. Unfortunately life happens, and so I have to move. But let me tell you this fact, everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and makes it a point to say hello and get to know their residents by name. The maintenance staff is on point and super accommodating which is great. As far as my apartment itself, I love it. I’m so happy that all the amenities here a great!!! I love having a full size washer and dryer and updated appliances in my apartment. The fire place is another great feature. This is no doubt the best apartments in Benicia, California!!! The location is great. I love being so close to the freeways, eateries, etc. I also really appreciate that the complex itself, is always kept clean and mailroom smells fresh. All in all, I’m very pleased with my experience here and so would you. I definitely recommend anyone to live here. Parking is plentyful and easy. You even get your own personal covered parking spot. Finding a more space, with 3 bedrooms is hard enough, but my biggest challenge is finding a home that can even match Club Pacifica. Pam E . 75

  I would have to say that the place is really nice. I love living here. I moved here from the East Coast back in June 2017 and I am enjoying it. The staff is pleasant and when I call they reply expeditiously. I was undecided about renewing my lease, as I am contemplating purchasing a home. I still have all my furniture back East in storage and it's a bedroom storage. I am thinking about getting 3 bedrooms here and just staying here. If you haven't toured this complex I highly recommend you try it. It's very nice, the people are friendly and best feature for me is no smoking in the apartments. I don't have to ever worry about smelling smoke of any kind, unless it's from the fireplace (smile). Great area, nice pool, mail center, clubhouse, staff and neighbors.
