  This community offers a really lovely living experience. It’s quiet, clean, and serene, with lots of trees and greenery that make it feel like you’re surrounded by nature. The layout also helps it feel more spacious than most complexes—it never feels cramped or overly dense. The office staff are consistently friendly, kind, and supportive. I’ve always felt valued as a resident (and as a person), which goes a long way. The amenities feel a bit more on the luxurious side—in-unit washer and dryer, updated appliances, A/C, plus access to a gym, pool, hot tubs, sauna, and even a racquetball court. It’s also just a really pleasant place to walk around, with some beautiful lookout spots and views of the water. A special shoutout to the maintenance team—they’ve been incredible. Always friendly, respectful, and responsive. They’re timely, detail-oriented, and very considerate when entering the home. There have been multiple times where they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure everything is handled well and that I feel comfortable. Overall, I’ve genuinely felt cared for here.

  Lived at Club Pacifica for over 3 years and loved every minute. The units are fantastic. Both the property and location are beautiful year-round including great views of the Carquinez Strait and opposing foothills. The maintenance staff as well as the front office staff are always responsive, attentive, and efficient in getting things done at your unit as well as the property as a whole. They're consistently holding events for holidays and different times throughout the year that's always very fun. And they have 3 hot tubs! Cant recommend this place enough!

  We loved living here. Club Pacifica was our first place to call home when we moved to California last year. The entire team there is amazing. They made us feel right at home and were always very responsive to our needs. If it weren't for working across the bridge we'd still be living there. Its well taken care of, safe, and the staff is top notch. I would highly recommend making CP your first choice if looking for an apartment in the Benicia area. A++
