I had a tour scheduled and drove 50 minutes to get there, only to find the office locked and no one around. No call, no heads-up, no follow-up afterward. The complete lack of communication was really disrespectful of my time.

My experience working with leasing consultant Oxana was exceptional. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of the property, answered all of my questions promptly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend The Riley at Belmont Hills to anyone looking for a new apartment.

I have been living here for a few years now. The apartment complex is in a good location and has a bit larger rooms than what I'm used to. Unfortunately, the complex was recently sold to a new owner. Since then, it has been in constant construction with side effects. For two consecutive days we had no power. Another day - no hot water. One time I woke up to find someone climbed on my balcony, demolishing the railing after having moved my plants breaking half of them in the process. Then they left the balcony all in mud and debris. Even living on the top floor, one has to constantly check for construction workers climbing outside before changing. It's a horror movie, esp if you're female. Owners do not respect tenant privacy or quality of life. We are expected to follow orders as if they pay us rent and not the other way around. However, they respect our money. And a lot at that. We were instructed to sign up for their payments website where every month we see constantly increasing rent "balances". The explanation is that the difference comes from "charges". Sometimes the site shows "charge" breakdowns, sometimes not. However, those breakdown disappears as soon as we pay which makes it next to impossible to ask questions or dispute. The building gradually became beat up and dirty. Broken doors can't close or open, the hallway floors are soiled with dried up liquids, the elevator is frequently out of service, saunas are permanently out too, "the gym" is not really usable. The construction workers have permanently parked machinery and materials right in front of the main entrance. We have been living in this war zone since mid 2024.

The major at windsor apartments in Belmont is what good managers are made of! I've been to several different apartment. 14 to be exact. And out of all 14 different apartments and different city's. If you have ever met someone for the first time and know this is a good person. I walked in her office and as I walked closer I over heard her talking on the phone to a tenant. The tenant was loud and a bit upset. I don't know over what. I do know this by the time the manager at windsor hung up the phone. I could her the lady apologize to the manager. H she came down from her apartment and apologized over and over. I don't know why. I do know this. Out of 14 managers I talked to looking to rent a apartment. None of them made me feel like this is the place for me. That is with out a doubt where I will be living next. She answered all my questions. And answered lots I didn't think to ask. I walked away feeling like the manager at windsor apartments Jessica really cares about the tenants. Every manager I talked to all acted like I was bothering them and we're short in responding to my questions. I wanted to write a review on all 13 different managers and where they are. After talking with the windsor manager Jessica. I decided to write just this one! If you are looking for a apartment then you need to go see Jessica. You will know what I am talking about when you talk with her.
