  I would not recommend Sofi Belmont Apartments based on my experience trying to even get basic information. Every attempt to contact them leads to an AI system instead of a real person, and when I finally tried calling the office directly, it just went to voicemail. On top of that, I was told there are no tours available for the next nine weeks, which is honestly unreasonable. It makes the leasing process feel inaccessible and frustrating before even stepping foot on the property.

  Management was good. The management company was as one of the greediest. For a 1 bedroom, expect to pay $300 in utilizes, $260 of which you don’t get to see the usage for. Obviously this is because each unit doesn’t have a meter, so they use Conservice, also know as the biggest scam to the rental community. My sewer bills were usually $130, but occasionally they would shoot up to $170. What clowns. Another thing was when I paid for the bigger unit, only to then have the washer installed months later, that made an already ridicolous small living room feel like a storage room. The walls are super thin, I could literally hear the guy below me snore at night. Never in my life I’ve had that happen before. The only thing going for this place is location, and pool.

  Pretty much everything about the place is good. Good quality carpet, appliances, cabinets...plumbing is okay. But the paper thin walls are disheartening. Hearing drawers opening and closing, and footsteps 👣 of your neighbors constantly, WILL drive you insane. You will hear EVERYTHING, all the time. Do a sound check before moving in. Otherwise, clean, nice place
