Overall ok place to live. Nico was very prompt with responses to issues and Luis is wonderful with maintenance issues! Laundry room could use some updates, quite overpriced for the functionality of the washer and dryers, often leak, and only three washer and dryers per floor. Apartment itself is nice.
My experience in this building is absolutely terrible in the last 18 months. Since the new management we have excessive polishing of the management office . The corporate employees ruined the living here . In the meanwhile, the building turned into a slum. The filth is over our imagination with health hazard for all of us . With the previous management, we had cleaning three times a week . The valet living is licking the bags of garbage everywhere. The last cleaning on the hallways was made last year . The owner and the corporate people are worried only about their offices.
The previous property manager, Jessica, was truly outstanding! Well-liked by all tenants, consistently responsive, proactive, and compassionate. She set a high standard for what good property management should look like.
Unfortunately, since the new management took over, the quality of life at the property has significantly declined. There has been a noticeable increase in police presence for various incidents, which raises serious concerns about safety of our kids and our community standards.
The current property manager is often unresponsive to emails and seems indifferent to enforcing basic property rules, allowing smoking on the premises (including by the manager himself) and turning a blind eye to tenants living in unsanitary conditions.
Valet trash services are poorly managed, frequently leaving garbage bags and sticky residues in the hallways, resulting in stained carpets and a persistent mold/mildew odor. While cosmetic upgrades are being made to the building exterior, there is little to no investment in addressing the core issues or making meaningful improvements to the interiors of the units.
Despite these problems, rents continue to increase with no added value in return. Responsible tenants, those who pay rent on time or even in advance....do not appear to be valued or acknowledged.
Package theft and misplacement are common. When tenants inquire about missing packages, they are often told that the surveillance cameras aren’t functioning. Ironically, when the property manager’s own package goes missing, he makes full use of the cameras to track it down.
In short, the current management has brought a sharp decline in standards, and I would not recommend living here under their oversight.

Worth to pay for single bedroom apt. Have nice pool , all necessary amenities . Beside having some noise experience during summer , its a peaceful place to stay. Staff is professional too.
I called to inquire on availability for a 1br apartment and I spoke to an individual named Nico. Nico really needs to understand the definition of customer service. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if it’s lack of not knowing how to talk to people, but he definitely needs to work on that or he will continue to steer potential renters away.
