Laundry room could use some updates, quite overpriced for the functionality of the washer and dryers, often leak, and only three washer and dryers per floor. Apartment itself is nice.

We unfortunately will not be able to stay and watch the rest of the transformation since we will be moving out of state, but we wanted to let others know of our experience. Nico has been an outstanding property manager and clearly has experience making facilities sparkle. He's been so great with facilitating our moving process, both with moving into and out of. Luis is also very prompt with any maintenance and he's also opportunistically assisted with moving, though not expected to. I haven't had any negative experiences with this facility and I genuinely recommend this place!
