  Pretty much everything about the place is good. Good quality carpet, appliances, cabinets...plumbing is okay. But the paper thin walls are disheartening. Hearing drawers opening and closing, and footsteps 👣 of your neighbors constantly, WILL drive you insane. You will hear EVERYTHING, all the time. Do a sound check before moving in. Otherwise, clean, nice place

  Living at SoFi Belmont was a generally good experience. The Property Manager (back in 2024) Sabrina was very inept, incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. She would not listen to me and would argue defensively with me to the point where I had to bring a family member with me. Property Management at SoFi Belmont wouldn’t get someone new even when she went on maternity leave. They were too concerned about saving money, from what I gathered. The office (before March 2025) was often vacant and nobody was in there for months. I had a very negative experience with her from the get go with her not properly doing my walk through, fixing the broken stove top when I moved in, gaslighting my concerns about neighbors being loud, and not addressing noise issues at all. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Both of my neighbors were loud and I’m glad I did move out of there. I also saw evidence of me being treated differently because I didn’t make as much money as others in the area. It felt like they were prioritized over me. The new Property Manager (around March of 2025) was better and much more professional. It is a very nice area.
