The building is a dream: you have to negotiate a toddler brigade to get into the front door (daycare) - already a highlight of my day. I love the Scandinavian feel of the outdoor common areas on each floor. Had my bike stolen in the area before, so being able to have my bike up on my floor is huge. The unit itself, with its industrial touches, was the best one I saw during the hunt. The views from the balcony are stunning: mountains, castles and greenery. And finally, there's Nathan, the building manager. He provides the warmest welcome, looks after all the details with a smile and gives the best possible first impression for the building and its community. I'm impressed, and happy to have snagged this home.

My washing machine was leaking when I moved in and he got it fixed immediately and replaced the baseboards too. No other issues have come up. From the 12th floor there's very little street noise when the windows are closed, even on the Pandora side. My neighbours are quiet and friendly, and public spaces are kept clean and tidy. I love the open spaces and outdoor stairs. Good community feeling too. Two thumbs up.
