  Beautifully maintained building and stunning Mountain View suite. But one year in, what truly makes my renting experience with this particular centurion property special is the expertise and dedication of my building manager Carol Ann. She has never in one instance failed to meet my needs as a tenant and always shows up with a bright smile and admirable responsiveness. Rent here if you care about a community of good people, and a hands on building manager who puts everything at ease for you.

  Had a problem with our heating and the building manager came over within an hour and fixed it. Always kind and will go out of their way to support tenants.

  Myself and my husband moved in at the beginning of December, we have the smallest apartment in the building but it is more than enough room for the both of us! Very clean and quiet and everyone has been friendly. We love the bright space we get and our balcony is private enough that no one can see in but with the added bonus of a view of Olympic mountain and a very sweet community park being built in the area below us. Great area, walkable to the main shopping centre and also some lovely shops in goldstream village. We're so happy we chose to come here - we'll be here for years yet!

  I was the first person to rent in this building on Day 01 over a year ago, and I’m happily still here with no intentions of leaving . What attracted me was the spacious units, A/C, fair market rental value, and close proximity to everything. The “on-site” building Manager here is not only very kind and energetic, but very responsive , often quickly taking care of business on days off and after hours. Very clean, quiet, and a very safe place to live. I highly recommend this building.
