  I called the customer service centre to book the elevator for my move to my new home, and I was connected with Yulia. Before speaking with her, I had a really difficult time getting in touch with the person my realtor had referred me to. Yulia, however, was very kind and helpful during our phone conversation, and she continued to be just as helpful through email. She always replied quickly, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel reassured throughout the whole process. I’m very happy that I was able to communicate with Yulia about my move. Her help made the whole elevator booking process much easier and less stressful for me. I truly appreciate her kindness and support. Thank you, Yulia!

  As the caretaker John Munday of Waldorf Court Apartments in Victoria, BC, I recently visited the Associa BC office to retrieve some necessary paperwork. I was assisted by Yuliia Yakornova, who went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed quickly and efficiently. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. I’m very thankful for her excellent support!

  Yuliia was so helpful and responsive to our query! I was so impressed by the professionalism and outstanding service. Thank you 🙏🏻 The blonde woman working the front desk was also incredibly lovely and helpful, I didn’t catch her name though. Thanks to her as well.
