The employee Elvis Carvajal, closed the coffee machine early. When I asked him if he could turn it back on so I could have a latte as it was still within the time displayed to use the machine, he argued with me and refused to do it because the machine takes 10 minutes to turn on and he didn’t want to stay a couple minutes late to accommodate me. Then he was rude to me on top of it and said I was in the wrong and insulting me. Not a good customer experience at all.
