  Our Strata manager Ken Kantman is quick to respond to our inquiries and has a good wide range of vendor connections that helps our complex save money and get things done. We appreciate him and the company; low turnovers and consistent staff members.

  I had been dealing with different strata managers in another townhouse complex over the past ten years. Lately our family moved to a new townhouse and get to know Ken Kantman, our Strata Manager with Associate British Columbia. He is the most friendly, professional manager that provides super fast responses and follow up matters closely for our family in terms of renovation applications, general building inquiries and good coordination to get matter resolved smoothly in a professional manner. Ken Kantman of Associate British Columbia is highly recommended.

  I must say, this is a very good strata management company, very experienced, thorough and quick at responding to any issues. Especially Ken Kantman the manager for my strata, he is very responsive, knowledgeable, quick at getting things done when any issues arise. I am very happy our strata is in good hands.
