Metro D resident. Only 1 building manager. Feel sad for him. Because of this delay in response and cleaning is not upto the mark. Especially garbage area and common areas. The flies are everywhere in the lobby and sewage smell is so strong. I have to cover my face to reach my car in the parking lot.

    * Incompetent and unprofessional management * Extremely loud fire alarms going off multiple times a week/month * Frequent package theft with no responsibility taken * Amenities and promised facilities not working or unavailable * Not truly pet-friendly despite advertising (hidden restrictions for pets) * Ongoing construction noise day and night * Lack of accountability and poor communication overall

This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The only positive thing is that the apartments themselves are decent. Be prepared for managers and upper management to abuse their position, demand money from you, threaten you if they don’t like something, and constantly leave pointless notices on your door with new rules and demands for residents. The staff are highly unprofessional, incompetent, and seem completely unqualified. Also be prepared for construction noise during the day and night, roof cleaning at Home Depot, fire alarms going off for hours 2–3 times EVERY MONTH, promised BBQ areas and amenities that don’t work, packages being stolen with no accountability, and feeling like you have to record every interaction, every conversation, and even the condition of your apartment on video and audio just to protect yourself. We lived in the yellow building, and when we first moved in two years ago, we had the best property manager, John. Unfortunately, the current staff are absolutely terrible. It has become a nightmare. The building is advertised as pet-friendly, but in reality, you can’t even take your pet into the inner courtyard because management claims it’s not allowed. On top of that, the fire alarms are so loud that they’re incredibly distressing for pets. The management seems to make up new rules as they go, which makes living here extremely frustrating. We couldn’t wait to get out. We found a new place very quickly, and we’re so relieved that we no longer have to deal with these incompetent managers interfering with our lives.

A nightmare to live here. The building's fire alarm system is defective and trips constantly, about 8 times recently, mostly in the middle of the night (like 12 AM, 1 AM, or 4 AM). This is a severe violation of tenants' rights. The 125+ dB sirens are causing physical exhaustion for us and extreme trauma for our pets. Management's 'fixes' are completely useless.

Non stop 125+ DB fire alarms have given my pets trauma, I can only imagine what they experience if we aren’t home to remove them asap. Many experiences of multiple alarms going off late into the night, 12:15am, 1:30am and 4:15am tonight!
