  I am an owner in one of the buildings managed by Associa, and I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and service provided. Communication is consistently slow and frustrating. Even for simple information requests, I often have to send numerous emails and make multiple phone calls just to receive a basic response. The overall experience has been far from smooth, and the lack of timely communication has been extremely frustrating. I expected a much higher standard of service from a property management company.

  I have served on various Strata Councils both at my previous property and here at Archer Green for about 15 years cumulatively. Throughout my terms I have always found myself quite frustrated with the quality of service rendered, whether it be due to a high workload or lack of interest. Taking the leap and terminating our previous company and moving our property management services to Associa was the best choice we could have possibly made! I have never worked with a Property Manager as responsive and caring about her properties as Michele Campbell. I am not sure if this email captures my appreciation of her services well enough, but 10/10.

  Associa has been our management company for a few years, I have worked with Vlad for the last 3 years on council. Vlad has been always available for any questions or queries the council has had, he gives sound advice, knowledgeable and experience in Strata governance. Thanks Vlad

  Once you've dealt with them, you'll understand. Maybe they have some good strata managers, but a few bad ones is more than enough to ruin the experience.

  I have emailed associa strata for about 7 times since last month regarding the smoke detector which kept on beeping ..and no response from them ever... Not sure why I wasted my time to email them ...cause they ignored me e completely... I fixed it myself already... If any of you shopping for strata management company... Please watch out this Associa .. non responsive strata... But they collect strata fees on time without fail ... This is a bad management company
