  I have been on strata council for many years at the same property and have had the pleasure of working with Associa British Columbia for the vast majority of these years. They have listened to our needs and wants and worked with us to create a problem solving team to support our Strata. Nupur Mathur, our Community Manager and Catheleen Wakefield, our accountant are two of the people who have provided exceptional service to me in my role on council and to our owners generally. As our building is older and unique, we strive to maintain, repair and renew our property to preserve its value and livability for all residents. This requires a lot of planning, communication, and resources. Associa, in general, has made sure that we have the personnel to help us. Nupur has assisted us in this complex process through prompt and reliable problem solving and communication. Catheleen has helped us keep our accounting and special levy project budgets at our fingertips. Together, we have been able to keep our strata insurance at reasonable rates with low deductibles because we have worked as a team to get the job done and to share our plans and results with our insurer! I highly recommend that you consider Associa for your management company and that you do your part to make sure that you have a thriving community of owners that are prepared to do their part to create and maintain such a team! It is so worth it!

  I’ve had a really positive experience with our strata management company, especially dealing with Vladimir. He is always quick to respond, helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Whenever I have a question or concern, he takes the time to listen and make sure it’s addressed. It’s reassuring to have someone who is approachable, knowledgeable, and actually cares about helping residents. I truly appreciate how responsive and easy he is to deal with.

  Our strata manger is great! Fastest response time that I have had (even in the evening - I do hope that he has enough rest). Always provide clear answers without needing you to ask follow up questions. Whenever there are issues in the building, he always responded without wait (hygiene, safety, operations, you name it). Can't appreciate more especially I have heard negative experiences from other strata companies.

  We have worked with Vlad and the team at Associa BC for quite some time and have always had a very positive working relationship with them. Associa has always been professional to deal with and communication between their property managers and our team has been very good. Vlad in particular is responsive, easy to communicate with and does a good job making sure issues at his properties are addressed and followed through. We appreciate the working relationship we have built with Vlad and Associa BC over the years and look forward to continuing to work with them.

  A special shout-out to Vladimir Hristov, our Strata Manager with Associa BC. Vladimir has been fantastic to deal with and has consistently been responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable whenever I've reached out with maintenance concerns, questions, or other strata matters. He follows up promptly, communicates clearly, and is very good at getting things moving when something needs attention. I've also really appreciated how efficiently and professionally he runs our strata meetings. He's approachable, well informed, and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. Having a Strata Manager you can actually rely on makes a huge difference as an owner, and Vladimir has absolutely earned my five-star review. Thanks for all your help, Vlad!
