  I had such a positive experience with Will Rogers and the Associa B.C. Surrey branch. There was some miscommunication around when I would receive an important form, and I called the help line feeling stressed and unsure of what to do. The person who assisted me was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. Even though it wasn’t within their control to speed up the process, they stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes helping me troubleshoot and work through the issue. In the end, I received exactly what I needed a day early. I truly cannot say enough about the patience, professionalism, and understanding shown to me. I appreciated the support so much and am very grateful for the help I received.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience with both our strata council and our strata manager, Vladimir Hristov. The building is consistently well maintained, clean, and professionally managed, making it a great place to live. A special thank you to Vladimir for always being responsive, approachable, and efficient. He communicates clearly, addresses concerns promptly, and genuinely cares about the residents and our community. His professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail are truly appreciated.   I have been on our Strata Council for several years here at Yorkson Creek South, a 126 townhouse complex in Willoughby/Langley, BC. Over the past years we have dealt with over 4 different Property Management companies and not just one manager, several managers within each company prior to their termination and never have we received the right manager, guidance, integrity and care that we have with working with Nicoletta Mitrol at Associa British Columbia Property Management. We have an amazing relationship with Nicoletta, not just myself but all our council members. Nicoleta is very professional, dedicated, goes that extra mile and truly cares. Hiring Associa was one of the best decisions that our Strata Council had made but having Nicoleta as our manager within Associa is truly the bonus we needed and still exceeds our expectations today.
