  Not sure how this has so many 5 stars but it certainly isn’t in line with the majority of the current residents experiences. Building is extremely poorly managed. Garbage room continuously overflowing to the point you can barely open the door. When the room is clean it’s almost worse given the state of the floor. Landscaping not done regularly, there a tree that should have been trimmed in the spring that is still blocking the stairs to the parkade. Exterior windows only cleaned twice in 6 years. Resident manager fails to respond to emails unless higher ups are involved, and continuously misspells our names (that are typed out in the email) when he does finally respond. Oh and also they have building staff members leave 5 star reviews to offset the negative ones. I could go on but will finish by saying unless you’re about to be homeless and it’s your only option, don’t bother renting from this company.

  Deplorable management. Building is filthy. Crazy prices and they keep taking away amenities. Management refuses to address these issues. Want to see the constant state of the garbage room? Look at the photo. Management’s answer… take your garbage back upstairs until it’s emptied.

  Stay far away!! Since I’ve lived here the ceiling has leaked water from the toilet in the unit above us twice down into our apartment. There is no noise suppression- I hear the upstairs neighbours banging into the early hours of the morning and the apartment across from us has a screaming (and I mean non-stop for hours) child. Numerous emails with video evidence go unanswered. Complaints to the latest building manager go unanswered. Demands to speak with centurion head office go unanswered. Just this week the building manager provided a key to a stranger to my unit without telling me and unaccompanied who accessed my unit while I was asleep! This is illegal! The incompetence is insane. We no longer feel safe here and will not until centurion either addresses the issues directly or fires the building manager.
