  Not sure how this has so many 5 stars but it certainly isn’t in line with the majority of the current residents experiences. Building is extremely poorly managed. Garbage room continuously overflowing to the point you can barely open the door. When the room is clean it’s almost worse given the state of the floor. Landscaping not done regularly, there a tree that should have been trimmed in the spring that is still blocking the stairs to the parkade. Exterior windows only cleaned twice in 6 years. Resident manager fails to respond to emails unless higher ups are involved, and continuously misspells our names (that are typed out in the email) when he does finally respond. Oh and also they have building staff members leave 5 star reviews to offset the negative ones. I could go on but will finish by saying unless you’re about to be homeless and it’s your only option, don’t bother renting from this company.

  Me and my family love living at Peatts Common. The building is well maintained, clean and neat. The resident manager is one of the best that i know of, very positive and upbeat. Safe and quite building. Cameras everywhere.
