  Great property, building management, neighbors, and location! Community Manager Steve is fantastic; always pleasant, professional, and quick to respond to tenant requests. Very nice gym with new equipment!

  Matthew, without a doubt, is one of the best leasing agents at Centurian. When I went to view the property at Trio (Kelowna) he was punctual and on time. He also emailed me ahead of time with all the directions. When I reached the property he was curious to know of my interest in the apartment. He then took us to view 2-bedroom apartments. He answered all of my questions and he never got irritated if I asked the same question twice. He patiently answered all of my questions. He also gave me information about the surroundings and area being new to the city. From the beginning of viewing the property until the application was successful, everything was easy and smooth. Matt, in particular, is one of the top leasing agents when it comes to customer service and responding promptly to all of my concerns. He was available to answer all of my questions while completing the application. He ensured to took all the information accurately and processed my application quickly in a timely manner. I am so glad to have met him, especially since coming from Victoria to Kelowna to find an apartment would have never become easier if I hadn’t met Matt. Thank you Matt for an excellent customer service!

  I moved into Trio in April 2022. I am an international student, and there was a bit of a language barrier, but the building manager was accommodating from my initial inquiry to the move-in reception. The property is kept clean and even smells like a new hotel. Thank you for always maintaining a pleasant environment.

  When I first moved in, I had a horrible experience with the previous management. But once the new property management came in, it was a complete 180! Alejandra is so helpful, kind, and understanding. I recently moved out of this residence, but will miss the having such an awesome property manager. Thank you Alejandra for turning my 0 star review to a 5+ star review!
