  Our unit was given to us in very good condition (with some minor wear & tear). All of our appliances worked very well. No issues with water, power not working, etc. I don't know if I just have quiet neighbours or if the walls are thick but I barely hear them and when I do its lightly audible. 0 concerns about theft of packages by my neighbours. I've seen packages sit for days in the lobby/hall areas untouched. The outdoor bbqs and pool table is a nice touch though some amenities are due for a servicing. Apryl has done a great job listening to us when we've had issues. When we had a few billing related issues she has gone out of her way to address them for us. She is always smiling with a keen interest in providing great service for her tenants. She also did her best to secure us move-in incentives and a preferable unit when we were still shopping around. Bonus points for hiring a taco food truck to come on site and give us free tacos for tenant appreciation day. It hasn't been perfect but we are happy to have moved here so far.

  Worst place to live, did not feel welcome at all. The person that “runs” this building will make your life miserable.

  My boyfriend and I had appointment with Matt ( Matthew) for viewing and we immediately fell in love with the apartment & community it felt very homie and safe. We came across few hiccups with our application we were in a hurry to get the apartment before it got taken and Matt helped us from the moment we walked thru the door with our application. Matt was working on our file day & night and overtime making sure everything was getting completed and procced very quickly and correctly. He truly went above and beyond from the moment we met him to the second we got the keys to the gorgeous place. He is a great friendly welcoming person to do work with. We couldn't have asked for better manager to have come across than Matt himself. I wish we could give him 10 stars on this review. If you're looking to rent at the Aurora building make sure you ask for the one and only Matt and you will experience the greatest renting process of your life. We're really glad to have manager like Matt in the building.

  Edit: its been 7 months and the drilling is still on every few weeks. Very annoying and almost to a level of mental exhaustion at times. We lived in a 20 story building and they had it completed in 4 months time. Sad the builder cannot complete a 5 story building in 7 months. The building management is very responsive (Kudos to Wanda and Ana!!). The building is still in construction mode with some drilling and paving work remaining. Hopefully its finished soon. The building by itself is quite nice and clean. Its close to all amenities and neighborhood is good.
