  I have enjoyed living here more than anywhere else. The property manager is so accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to fill out an application all my neighbors are so friendly

  Our unit was given to us in very good condition (with some minor wear & tear). All of our appliances worked very well. No issues with water, power not working, etc. I don't know if I just have quiet neighbours or if the walls are thick but I barely hear them and when I do its lightly audible. 0 concerns about theft of packages by my neighbours. I've seen packages sit for days in the lobby/hall areas untouched. The outdoor bbqs and pool table is a nice touch though some amenities are due for a servicing. Apryl has done a great job listening to us when we've had issues. When we had a few billing related issues she has gone out of her way to address them for us. She is always smiling with a keen interest in providing great service for her tenants. She also did her best to secure us move-in incentives and a preferable unit when we were still shopping around. Bonus points for hiring a taco food truck to come on site and give us free tacos for tenant appreciation day. It hasn't been perfect but we are happy to have moved here so far.

  Update: My now fiancé and I just moved out of the Aurora (into a new house) after having lived there for just over a year and we can truly say that we enjoyed our time living there! Wanda, the building manager, is amazing and very attentive and quick to respond to resident needs/requests (also our dog absolutely loves her haha!). She helped make our move out a lot less stressful and was there to answer any questions we had during the move. The neighborhood and amenities are great, highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to rent in Kelowna 😊 My boyfriend and I are currently taking the leap as we've decided to move from Ontario to Kelowna (Ontario is Onterrible lol) and trying to find a rental has been one of our more daunting tasks on our list of things to do before we move. Matthew K. has been SUCH an AMAZING help in making this application go as seamlessly as possible. He's been super quick and in-depth in giving us details about the Aurora (sent us a vid of the unit so we could view it virtually - it's gorgeous and we were sold right away) as well as keeping us in the loop about our application and going so far as to accommodating our needs for our space (ex: great view, sunlight, needs for a hybrid vehicle, etc.). Other rentals we've been trying to apply to have been really annoying (if I'm being honest) to deal with so we've been really really impressed with this whole process and fingers crossed we get our application approved because this looks like a great find. Again, thank you Matthew for all your help!!! You've been fantastic throughout this process and we can stress a little less with this entire move thanks to you :)

  Edit: its been 7 months and the drilling is still on every few weeks. Very annoying and almost to a level of mental exhaustion at times. We lived in a 20 story building and they had it completed in 4 months time. Sad the builder cannot complete a 5 story building in 7 months. The building management is very responsive (Kudos to Wanda and Ana!!). The building is still in construction mode with some drilling and paving work remaining. Hopefully its finished soon. The building by itself is quite nice and clean. Its close to all amenities and neighborhood is good.
