  I have lived in Aurora for 3 years now and I loved how the Management/owner has maintained the amenities. They’ve replaced the dead plants in front of the building, I enjoy coming down to the lobby for free coffee from the kiosk and I love that I get to use the pet wash for my dog on weekends. Always convenient for someone who works at home like me.

  The Aurora’s really exceptional in terms of facilities and the location is truly strategic on any amenities that I need. Parking has ample space for my two vehicles. The management have met majority of my needs regarding some minor issues. Living space is definitely amazing and feels like I just upgraded my home.

  I would like to highlight this apartment with great amenities and a good community atmosphere! The building is well-maintained, comfortable, and has almost everything you need for a pleasant living experience. Shoutot to the Resident Manager, Apryll, who is friendly, professional, responsive, & always willing to help. Her excellent service truly makes a difference. I cannot see why people would share otherwise about her, she is consistent in showing up each time. I have some external issues to which she willingly handled well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to call home!

  We had the worst experience from this facility. Would recommend please read the lease terms very carefully while moving in there. Neither there is a huge chance of getting charged which might be legal as per their lease but not ethical. You won't feel it while moving in. Eventually while time passes the negligence of the property management become visible. We couldn't get a door handle fixed in 8 months. They will ignore their responsiblity in every possible way. Specially Apryl. They didn't paint the wall and change the carpet while my roommate took the lease but while moving out they charge for every old stain on wall and carpet which was already there when we moved in. Moreover they expect people to read and remember quite a great number of clauses in the lease. If you miss anything Apryl (the responsible manager) will not correct you even though you discuss the fact with them. They will wait till the end when she can show you the clause and charge for it. We had to pay extra one months rent while we weren't living there just because my roommate missed a clause even though she discussed with Apryl about our evacuation. Apryl saw she is missing some standard procedure as per the lease but she didn't correct her and waited till the day we were moving to charge us for the month.

  Unfortunately these appartements have several flaws, 1. Windows and doors flex with just a finger pressing on them. As a result road noise easily travels through, along with the noise from everything going on below. 2. Flooring between levels are inadequately built to block sound from above and below, you can hear conversations and every footstep made at all times especially at night. It's like a subwoofer speaker frequency. 3. Bins (which are inbetween the two buildings are constantly being entered during the night and glass amongst others loud items being thrown out. 4. Hot water takes 6 minutes to travel through the taps to the appartements and on a few occasions not at all. 5. Alarms from the business building beside these appartements are loud and are set off multiple times throughout the night. 6. The building was built on a natural spring so the lower parking gets flooded after heavy rain. 7. Be aware the price after one year will go up an inappropriate amount. 8. The gym downstairs needs repairs and the air con is off 50% of the time 9. Parking your car on the street beside the building is high risk. Car windows smashed and broken into aswell as cars hitting bumpers trying to park. 10. Knocking noises from pipes running down through dining room area. 11. Neighbours voices heard through the vents. 12. Drug smoke is coming through the hvac vent to the appartements as well as fire smoke. 13. Any Parcels delivered are sometimes left downstairs in the lobby area which can be seen from outside and have gone missing. 14. Internet is slow and sometimes stops completely. 15. An air conditioning unit from the business nearby is really loud and operates throughout the night. 16. Contacting the manager with these problems doesn't seem to resolve any issues as replies sometimes take over a week and problems even persist after numerous complaints. Hope this information helps.
