  I had a lovely time at this complex. The two residence managers, Kayla and Sampada, were very helpful for any issues during working hours. The units are brand new and I had only the few typical maintenance concerns during my year with them.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. The building is very well maintained, and one thing I’ve really noticed is how clean the common areas always are. You constantly see the cleaning staff working in the hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and other shared spaces, and it definitely shows. The on-site staff are excellent—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Whether I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been professional and responsive. The amenities are fantastic and are a huge bonus. There’s a fully equipped gym, steam room, golf simulator, theatre room, games room, kids’ playroom, a free car wash, and even a beautiful amenity room with a kitchen and lounge area that residents can book for gatherings. Another thing I really appreciate is the security. There is security on site every night, and I regularly see them doing patrols around the property and through the buildings, which makes me feel safe. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have always been handled quickly and professionally. The maintenance team responds promptly, and issues are fixed efficiently. Overall, it’s a clean, secure, and well-managed community with outstanding staff and excellent amenities. I would highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a place that is comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

  The staff are totally amazing & Helpful. Any maintenance has been completely quickly. Only complaint you need to be on booking for the amenities haha.

  Staff has been exceptionally helpful in all aspects of my rental and all aspects of my signing and moving in. Special thank you to Sarah Soar For organizing the initial viewing all done by long distance. I would also comment on the exceptional service of the office staff in there great service during this last year I highly recommend Benvoulin court Kelowna wonderful place to live
