  Absolutely horrible management service. They hire managers who allow their husbands to bully tenants, make lies & only enforce things when they feel like. They do not fix things in a timely manner and force tenants to pay for repairs that they shouldn't pay for. They are rude and do not care about the families. People are in fear of saying anything because they feel retaliation will occur.

  These people must have been racist because when I first went in the receptionist had said we had qualified, she happen to be Hispanic. Then a white lady comes and keeps me waiting for over an hour saying shes trying to figure something out and then says I dont qualify and also keeps asking my husband if by any chance his new job is anything like the last job he had. Why didn't just plain out say they couldn't rent it out to us instead of making us wait around that long. I make 5,000 a month alone. And when they said I didnt make enough asked well what about adding my husband's income and they started stuttering and asking if his last job was anything like his previous job because he hadn't been there 6months.yet he was there 5 for months. Smh

  about the worst real estate agency/management company you can work with i can see why alot of their properties are vacant. first of they make you wait outside their building which is very concerning to me especially since im a dad and had my child with me we had to go wait in the car because of how cold it was not to mention you have to trust a whole stranger with your identity without any supervision of your documents and are in the dark about anything going on inside with all your document's and Process.honestly it's like going to the doctor's and waiting to to see if they have bad news for you or not because they found something abnormal for anyone who's gone through that knows the feeling you get while waiting for such news. well rest assured that's how your gonna feel once you go to this place. they love to make excuses about every little thing even if you have everything accurate they find the smallest and unimportant thing wrong with your document's and then they tell you to fix your "inaccurate" information and once you do they still deny you because you actually went and fixed it, it's like their whole point of being there is to try and deny you their purpose is to try and do anything in their power to keep all their properties vacant you won once you get approved and you may think im exaggerating but as you will see im not the only one with these problems with this place. horrible place would not recommend to rent from them 0/5 star's .
