  Mr Johnny Garza and his team have been our realtor for the past 4 years. He helped us closing a house in Beechwood in year 2022, Vista Mesa in 2024, and this time in La Pinta Maria Dr in 2026. Johnny has been a great guy, friendly, extremely responsive and knowledgeable, very strong negotiator, well experienced, listened very well to client’s needs and requests, always gives us superb advices, keeps us away from stress, gives us update from time to time and you feel you’re not alone to obtain your goals. He will let you save time and money too, we’ve been fully supported despite of our 4-hour driving distance from him, he details and explains what we’ve been looking for so we decide what to do and what not to do, shows us where the much safer locations are. He even handles and takes video during inspection times. He is also surrounded by friends and lots of connections or referrals with contractors, handymen, insurance, locksmiths etc to make it for clients easy to fulfill their goals. He and his wife give us always closing gifts during keys turnover. You won’t regret taking him as your realtor. All impossible things will make them possible with Johnny. We always receive genuine care and support from him. His professionalism is extremely superb and he is highly recommended and from the bottom of our hearts, we are thankful and salute him.   Set out with a goal to sell my house, Johnny helped get it done fast & was transparent from the beginning and provided a lot of good information and insight about the process. If I had more houses to sell I’d hire Johnny to sell them all.
