- CAC AndyJan 28, 20201.0It was a Monday, so maybe everyone was tired from the weekend as it appeared I woke them. I came in at 4:30. They close at 6. I was done by 5. Initial lady was friendly, but no one came out to see how the tour of homes was going. After the tour I returned to their office, a not-so-friendly man asked if I had any questions. I had a couple. No offer to sit and discuss homes, etc. It felt as if they didn't have time. He gave me a verbal estimate. I understand prices change year to year, but sometimes just a little bit of a smile can mean the world to a potential customer. And, just a few minutes to sit and discuss options. Maybe it's time for him to retire? I should've asked for the lady with a friendly smile to further discuss my options. But, there are other dealers.
