  We recently found out about Hearthstone and felt compelled to leave a review in hopes that others would find out as well. Our interactions with the staff from my initial inquiry to signing of the lease has been a 10/10 experience. Everyone has been warm and welcoming. They have been available and flexible. Hillary was our main point of contact. She made us feel like family. She answered all of our questions and believe me we had a LOT! She was patient in showing us different units and explained all of the amenities. She even had us stay for a complimentary meal so we could find out first hand how we liked the food. Their chef came out and talked to us, as did Amani from the front desk. They didn’t just make us feel special because we were new, you could tell they made their current residents feel special too… it’s a place where everybody knows your name. The Lodge checked all of my mother -in-laws needs. She will be able to make one payment and everything will be taken care of… meals, utilities (including home phone, Dish with 125 channels and WiFi), housekeeping, activities, maintenance & transportation - she just gets to have fun! They even have an apartment for rent that is available for guests on the premises! We are so excited to have found just the right place!

  Absolutely love working with Hilary. Very strong asset to the hearthstone community. She gave us a very detailed tour of the building and has been a huge help.

  Hearthstone Lodge is absolutely beautiful—this new facility is thoughtfully designed, warm, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and truly set up to feel like home. I also can’t say enough about Hilary. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process and made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and supported. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care really stood out. She took the time to answer questions, guide us every step of the way, and made sure everything was handled with compassion. Hearthstone Lodge is a wonderful place, and the staff—especially Hilary—make all the difference. Highly recommend!

  Hilary is incredibly sweet and helpful. It’s truly a pleasure working with her! You can tell she loves what she does and is genuinely invested in each of her residents care. I look forward to working with her again in the future!

  5 stars aren’t enough. The facility is sparkling new with all the amenities, luxurious and the vibe is inviting to all. The best part of Hearthstone is their staff: every single person is friendly, considerate, polite and always look for ways to help a resident any way they can. Can’t recommend Hearthstone Lodge enough.
