  I have lived in this community for several years and it continues to be a positive experience. The current manager, Amanda, is very sweet, approachable, and attentive. Any problems/ concerns have been addressed in a timely matter and with clear communication. Her friendly demeanor makes things easy. Omar( maintenance) has also been very helpful and has done a wonderful job keeping our place a nice home to live in. It is a joy to be a part of this community.

  Amanda, the property manager is seriously the most amazing person I've ever dealt with when trying to rent a home. She has been kind, informative, patient and SO helpful during our process. I'm not sure if we will get approved for a townhome, and even if we don't it's ok. I am just so blown away by the customer service given by her. More property managers should be like this, but sadly it's not the case! Thank you Amanda for everything you do!

  We lived here for 9 months and absolutely loved it! The manager Jen was always quick to respond and resolve any concerns or issues. I would recommend these townhomes with no doubt and would move back in a second.

  We love this place! Manager is super sweet and always in a good mood. Wood burning fire place in unit is great during the cold rainy weather. Freeway is about 10 seconds away. Close to raleys, longhorn meat company, machados orchard, bagel junction 😍 and lots more. We love living here and so do the kids. Very quiet and dog friendly!
