  I’ve never lived here but I just see how well they keep these apartments up. I just moved to falcon Heights and it’s cat infested VC infested and the apartments are just falling apart as soon as my lease is over best believe I will go to Castle apartments

  If i can post negative stars i would they shut the water off all the time no notice, don’t fix anything, had pluming issues came and made a big hole in my bathroom didn’t repair. The rent in my contract says is due the 4th if given after is a late charge but never mentioned if its paid ON the fourth it’s considered late so ridiculous. The parking its crazy as well some get charged different price since i moved in haven’t got a second parking have got my vehicle towed already i been here a few months and can’t wait until my lease its over to be out of there.

  Personal disrespectful, after leaving when asked for proof of the expenses the deny the bills and didn't share anything. During our stay the manager didn't support us very much. We had bats in our balcony, we had A/C problems over a month, not very interested in helping. The laundry room is a mess all the time, the machines don't work as they are supposed to and sometimes they made spots and holes in our clothing. A very disappointed experience.
