- PHPandas HangoutSep 20, 20254.0It was okay for the time we lived here. For reference, we lived here for 3 years before we moved out. However, you should be aware of the price increase that they have put onto their tenants. We moved into Renew in June of 2020, rent at the time was $1745, when we moved out in 2023, rent was $2100. Today in September of 2025, rent will cost you around $2925 a month. Renew has seen a 67.7% increase in rent compared to other apartments in the area that offer better benefits and cost of living. We are currently paying $2400 a month for the same benefits and more compared to Renew. I didn't have a problem with Renew, but as a local who has been here, please look around, while there is nothing wrong with the place, I feel that Red Tail Residential and their parent companies charge way too much for their properties.
