  If anyone is looking to rent here I’d think twice before applying here, they are the mode inconsiderate most unprofessional lessening agents I have ever encountered. I’ll sum it up with they never pick up the phone she always says there short staffed I’ve been going back and forth about paperwork they even tried to make me do there job when I payed for screening. Then they have me sing paperwork for my unit and 1 day before I move in they say my carpet guy canceled and it mite by a few days or longer to move in. I already rented a truck and canceled my storage unit. Disrespect why would you have my sign paperwork if the unit wasn’t ready they don’t care about the inconvenience it cased us. So read the reviews they don’t lie.

  My wife and I currently live in Twin Creeks I would say it's the worst apartment complex. We've had so many issues in our apartment that we have brought up to management and they have never sent anyone to fix the issues. Twin Creeks als has a bad problem with insects as well we have to get our apartment bombed and we still have a few pest issues. In addition to that the pool isn't always clean. But I would say the top issues with this apartment is that the management is poor and nothing is ever fixed. These apartments seem better than other apartments in this area but once you move in here you will see they aren't that great. If you can pay the extra money and move to Brentwood or Oakley.
