  The property is well maintained and clean. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed place to live.

  Trash everywhere all the time from the kids Neighbors are either fighting or banging around their stuff Roaches and rats everywhere and sadly people lie on the reviews because Claudia is a big mean person but keep scanning the reviews you will see truth to what I am sharing She makes threats to people when they tell her stuff about what is going on around the area Only one person has a key for the laundry room and when you finally wash your clothes get messed up and all you get is $3 back if you’re lucky Your car will get towed easily and people will break into your car or your tired will end up flattened The people across party every week and sometimes the weekdays so if you work a lot like we did you will not get any sleep There’s always soliciting going on and mail going missing Months ago there was a gentleman who passed in his home and was there for two months it took neighbors to do a welfare check and when his family showed up she was rude to them Maintenance is the only reason this place runs still Do not waste your time renting from them Worst mistake you will make there is better just keep looking

  I’ve been living at Oakridge Apartments in California for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained — it truly feels like home. The landscaping is always well-kept, and the grounds have a peaceful, welcoming vibe. The management team is outstanding! They’re friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. It’s such a relief to live somewhere where things actually get taken care of right away.
