  Niche is great, from the first time I came into the office inquiring about the apartments, she has been soooo sweet. I can say that her customer service is top notch, we have been in our space for a month and it is such a great home. The complex is quiet, clean, and the people are great!!!!! If you are looking for your own space, check out Cross Pointe I dont think you would be disappointed.

  I see the office continues to switch out its front people. Niche does not follow up with tenants and does a horrible job at communicating. I’m convinced they’re just here to collect the rent. When confronted about not following up she had the audacity to roll her eyes. Such lack of professionalism. The fact that she lives in the complex and can’t help the people in this community is disappointing. Please get Niche out and put someone more competent and willing to work.

  I had an exceptional experience working with Niche, the leasing consultant at Crosspointe Apartment Homes, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very first moment I discovered Crosspointe, scheduled my tour, and began the application process, Niche was absolutely outstanding. She was consistently professional, polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and proactive. I haven’t moved in over seven years, and I’m currently downsizing to reduce costs while I finish nursing school, a process that can be incredibly stressful. Niche was truly a Godsend during this transition. Every concern I had, she took seriously. She didn’t just answer questions she advocated on my behalf, communicated with corporate and all other necessary parties and ensured all documentation was submitted accurately and completely, and maintained clear, timely communication throughout the entire process. She followed up with updates, reassured me when I felt overwhelmed, and made sure nothing ever fell through the cracks. From the moment my application was submitted and Niche took ownership of it, I felt confident and at ease knowing I was in capable hands. She exudes confidence, leadership, accountability, and professionalism, and she represents Crosspointe with the highest level of integrity. Niche operates far beyond the expectations of a leasing consultant. She brings confidence, leadership, and genuine care to her role, making her exactly the kind of professional you want representing Crosspointe from the moment someone walks through the door.
