  The facility is being operated hafazardly without qualified professional at middle level management, The local staff personnel are very active, courteous and friendly to the residents but struggling without required decisions marking powers. Despite explaining the issues to the authority by the front office, the mater is not being attended or solved, putting both the residents and office staff in ambrassing situation. I paid my monthly rent for August 2024 with a money order and a personal check, to my surprise, the personal check was credited but they skipped depositing money order and issued a notice for Short payment of rent and apply penalty. When the mater was bought to notice of front desk staff, they explained it to account supervisor, but, then the matter remains hingering up to July 2025. It shows how efficiently the account department is reconciling the account. Another issue happened for September 2025, when the rent was paid with personal check. The check was posted for wrong amount then actual which was paid by my Bank. But, when I Saw overpayment to my account, I contact the bank considering that bank has made the mistake, the bank verify the check for amount and correct the entry by refund of difference on the same day. I explained whole issue to the manager at front office, she took up the issues sympathetically and explained to account supervisor, but,till date the matter is pending unresponsive. Everyone should create a document for each of activities categorily financial dealing. Do not make any payment with dropbox or without acknowledgement as it is very risky.

  It's a nice place kinda old (like my sister Lisa) very quiet, mostly older Asians.but I'll deal with it. 😃
