  I could not have asked for a better company to help me through the loan process. As a first time buyer, the process was daunting at times, and Josh took the extra step to give me all the information and educate me along the way so I felt as comfortable as possible. Anytime I had a question he was there. He went above and beyond! He walked through all the options and steps so clearly, and his process made this first time buyer feel much more at ease. I can't recommend him enough!

  Working with Josh has been the best thing that could have happened to us as first time home buyers, who knew very little about the process! From day one (without ever meeting us in person) Josh walked us through every step in an easy to understand way, and never made us feel bad about asking questions - in fact he loved it and always made sure we knew what was happening. As I’m sure you could imagine, his work ethic is top notch and he goes out of his way to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. He worked late nights, and would always reach out to us about any issues that came up. He's incredibly knowledgeable in this space, and we couldn't have done it without him. Thank you Josh!

  My wife and I think that Josh deserve more than 5 stars. Josh is very knowledgeable about his job. He has a super team that works incredibly well and fast. What really makes a difference between him and other agents is, Josh is friendly and real with his clients. He never will cause pressure on you. Plus every time we called him for questions he answered his phone at any time and even during the weekends. He showed us several houses and he never gave up. Once we found the house that we wanted it was not easy because it had several applicants for that particular place, but Josh said, Ok don't worry if you like this house I will get it for you guys no matter what and he really got it for us. My wife and I got impressed of how smooth and simply Josh makes the process of all the paper work that everybody knows is a headache, well not with him. With Josh not only found a good agent, but a good friend also. He really loves what he does. When you are ready to buy a house, Josh is the Guy! Amador and Maria C

  Joshua Silva and his team are amazing! They have helped my mother and I out several times. Josh really knows how to take the fear and anxiety out of buying a home, and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell. His team was also very efficient in the processing of our mortgage. I would recommend Josh to all my friends and colleagues!

  I couldn’t say enough Great things about Josh Silva.... There are so many realtors these days, but But Josh is one of a kind. His knowledge, his dedication, and hes sincere. I felt he was very honest from the begging. He didn’t give us the run around like some other realtors. He was upfront and I respect that. Our Tustin home was on the market less than a week and sold in less than 2 weeks. Although moving can be so stressful with kids, and a baby, he went above and beyond for my family. I can honestly say we now have a realtor for life! I appreciate Everything Josh Silva and his team did for our family, we will be using him again!
