  Lived here for 9 years and finally finally moved Thank God. The only thing I miss is my Three friends.

  It's not low income and Eddie the manager was way to weird he was looking at my 1 year old girl in a disgusting way! Once I noticed he was a CREEP me and my wife instantly withdrew our applications and Eddie refused to give them back to us. I had to call the police In order to get our information back never gave back my social security card, I was unable to prove he still had it. He said he keeps every bodies information. While I waited for the police to arrive Eddie the so called manager called somebody and that person harrassed my wife and 1 yr old while they waited in the car. This place is trash, a week later I got a call from lifelock to inform me my private information had been compromised. The Anaheim police took over an hour to get there and when they did they took the situation lightly. My private information My wife's private information. Comprised. Creepy guy and harrassment. Do not ever apply here. Zero stars.

  I really wish they'd do something about smokers. They smoke in their units and it goes into the upstairs apartments. I can't even leave my window open without getting smoke inside from the downstairs neighbor. All the smoke gives me migraines and second hand smoke.
