  If you are looking for a forever home it is waiting for you here at Overlook apartments in Anaheim hills. The overlook is truely a gift from above. From the moment I called, the whole experience has been ideal. It all started with a phone call to Frida who handled every part of my leasing experience making picking up the pen to sign my move in lease the only task I had left to do. The property was overwhelmingly beautiful and well manicured, and once I was shown the entry of the apartment itself I was sold. Melissa, the community manager was very welcoming and clearly runs a tight ship and a well oiled staff who all seem as happy to be here as us residents. Maintenance supervisor Josh is knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. Eduardo and Noah who are maintenance techs arrive at the door merely minutes after any work order request is submitted so, if you do put in a work order, make sure you’re ready for them to arrive. Unlike other apartments, phone calls are answered here. When you drive up the property entrance it feels like a resort. The neighbors treat one another with respect and kindness, it feels like an Overlook family. The newsletter if full of resident photos from the fun events that take place and lots of care and love is poured into the events and office decorations. I feel safe surrounded by the hillside and under the stars. The freeway is right here, shopping, and anything anyone could need. This luxurious place gives me my independence in a way that words just cannot describe. The Overlook is a hidden gem, and I treasure my experience here. It’s beyond what you can imagine!

  BEST Management and Maintenance Team! The Overlook in Anaheim Hills is one of the best and the last places to live for a Senior Citizen. You don’t want to leave when you live here!
