  We recently worked with Kiva Rhodes at Chicago Title on the refinance of our home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. All of our paperwork was submitted to the lender accurately and without any errors, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.   We had such a wonderful experience working with Kiva Rhodes. She was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and patient throughout the entire process. Every step felt smooth and clear because she took the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel confident and supported. During our signing appointment, her sweet dog Romi happened to be in the office, and when we heard that, we immediately asked if he could join us. He came right in and rested his head on my lap and my feet while we signed. It brought such a sense of calm and comfort to what can often feel like a stressful process.
