    Luis Estrada came to complete our maintenance requests. He was professional, kind, and quick in fixing every request and took time to explain what did/did not need to be done in the bathroom and why, which I greatly appreciated! He called ahead to confirm entry time worked and was respectful of our home and pets. Thank you!

    This complex could be nicer; but unfortunately, the apartment managers' leaf pickup service falls short of expectations. This lack of attention to detail detracts from the overall experience of living here.
