  Faucet filter was replaced. But the bathroom door is still unbalanced an the wood swells up an door has to be forced closed tearing up the top of the door...

  The property manager, Candy, was very courteous and efficient with processing my move-in. I am very grateful for Garden Court Apartments because it is significantly better than my previous residence. If you have ever had upstairs neighbors who love to stomp day and night, then you know how urgent it would be to get out of that living situation ASAP. Thank you, Candy, so much for helping me move into this place. I am finally able to enjoy my personal residence in peace because of Candy and Garden Court Apartments. I haven't even mentioned how awesome Alameda is, especially as a dog owner.

  I hate it here I wish I can move tomorrow but I can't I got people scratching up my car putting dents in my car and I tell management but you think they tell the tenants no they don't care either
