  The top two reasons to live here: 1) the location, and 2) the management. The location speaks for itself: bird sanctuary, shore line bike and walking paths, and beach. Walking distance to TJ’s, shops, cafes. The Tower management: Samantha and Brian are on-site and FANTASTIC. We chose Tower over other places on Shoreline Drive because of how well-tended this building and its grounds obviously are, and we’re so glad we did! Samantha and Brian take excellent care of this place, and their care creates an atmosphere in which the entire community of residents takes care. The vibes are good and neighborly!! We all want this to continue to be the lovely oasis that it is. Many thanks to Samantha and Brian!! 👏👏👏

  I've lived in A LOT of apartments over the years and I have to say this is the best complex and management I've ever encountered. The grounds are kept very clean. Vacuumed daily. Hallway carpets scrubbed monthly. The manager and maintenance staff are the best. They are very responsive. Any issue I've had (only 2 in 4 years) they were at my door within an hour to fix it. The staff greets you and actually knows your name. I'm disabled, and the accommodations they made and continue to make for me is impressive. Imagine approaching your building entrance and seeing the manager or maintenance racing to the door to open it for me. I've never ever had such service. And then there's the view. We are located right across the bay from SF. The front door is on the shoreline. Just a walk across the road to the bay. The apartment is also quiet. Something you never find in an apartment. The rooms are also very spacious. Our master bedroom has a dressing room that attaches to the bathroom. Plenty of light in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms.

  I’ve been living at Tower Apartments for half a year now and have been really enjoying it! Sam and Brian are super helpful and friendly, and the location of the building is super convenient. Would definitely recommend!
