- RLRebekah LeeFeb 23, 20265.0Just moved in recently, but so far I’m really happy here! Lusi gave me a tour and she was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the start. The move-in process was smooth, and her manager Sam helped make everything easy, even speeding up a maintenance request right when I moved in, which I really appreciated. Shoutout to the maintenance team as well — I think it was Michael who came by to fix something in my kitchen, and he was great. My neighbors have been really kind too. The community is peaceful and honestly way quieter than I expected, especially with so many units and schools nearby. It feels like a great spot for singles, couples, and families. Also, I have to say, the insulation here is way better than most of the older buildings in the Bay. I was hella surprised. You really don’t hear much from outside or neighboring units, which makes a huge difference. If you’re coming from the city or Oakland, you know exactly what I mean. There are no constant emergency vehicle sounds, just a low rumble of a few planes, ducks quacking, and the occasional seals in the morning. So far, everything’s been smooth. I also love that neighbors look out for each other, and there’s regular security patrol at night, which makes me feel even more comfortable. Overall, so far so good and I’m really glad I chose this place!

Ana, Lusi and Sam made the move a breeze and were extremely responsive. I have since lived here for almost a year and the team even helped me transfer units internally when I wanted to upgrade (an available option after only 6 months)! Overall, amazing experience and to anyone wanting some assurance like I was when moving from far away and can't make it out to tour- this is the place for you!
