  The move in what easy and already ready for us when we arrived. So far very happy with the apartment.

  The visitor parking situation is the worst I have ever seen. Signage says 4 hours max and nothing about registering. Rules apparently Just barely changed with no warning to new visitors. I ran upstairs for 20 minutes and my vehicle was gone towed and already in the tow yard. These people are scammy, greedy and extremely selfish. This buildings management is absolutely horrible 0/10

  Living here was such a wonderful experience! The building is clean, quiet, and truly felt like home from day one. A huge part of what made living here so seamless was our building manager, Sharon. She was always exceptionally welcoming, kind, and efficient with any requests or questions. Having such reliable and warm management made all the difference. Highly recommended!

  Great location, close to most major amenities. Sharron, the building manager, is always a pleasure to interact with, warm and welcoming, and the highlight of the property.

  I can't say enough good things about Shannon! As a property manager, she is hands-down top-tier—super responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents here. Whenever a question comes up or a routine maintenance request is needed, Shannon takes care of it quickly and efficiently without any hassle. She keeps the entire property running smoothly, communicates clearly, and always greets everyone with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
