  Move-in day was way easier than I expected. Everything was already set up properly, so there was no running around or last-minute issues to deal with. It felt like things were actually prepared with the tenant in mind, and Sharron did a great job making sure everything was lined up ahead of time. I never felt left guessing about what to do next—any questions I had were answered quickly, and Sharron was easy to reach and helpful throughout the whole process. It all just flowed without any hiccups, which made a big difference compared to other places I’ve dealt with. Walking into a place that was clean and actually ready to live in right away made it that much better. You can tell Sharron takes pride in making sure things are in good shape before a new tenant moves in. It made settling in feel quick and comfortable instead of stressful.

  I moved into this building in November 2025 and live in a one-bedroom apartment at the back facing the Superstore. Pros: Modern apartments with no carpet, good appliances, and a large fridge. The balcony is spacious and there is excellent natural light. Sharron, the manager, is very kind, responsive, and always helpful. Excellent location. The package room is well organized, there is underground parking, the building is pet-friendly with a reasonable fee, and there’s a gym plus a workspace area with vending machines. Cons: The laundry is located right at the apartment entrance, which is not very practical. Noise from the Superstore — especially at night and early morning — can be constant. With a 3-month-old baby, this has been challenging. The blinds are very light, so blackout curtains are necessary. The apartment tends to be very warm (24–26°C) and difficult to cool down, especially on sunny days. In winter, snow accumulates on sidewalks and parking areas, and there are not enough garbage disposal areas. The social room also requires an hourly fee to reserve.
