  Honestly, best property to stay at. The management would go out of their way to assist you in best possible way they can. And the building itself is amazing, the environment is great to stay at. Can’t say enough about Angie, Hats off

  Amanda & Angie were wonderful, very hospitable people. I genuinely would come back just for them, this building doesn’t just feel like a leasing office that’s trying to make money- it feels like a community that you WANT to be a part of. Huge thank you to both of you for making the viewing and pre approval process a lovely experience.

  I recently applied for an apartment here and had a great experience working with Angie. She was patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful — walked me through the whole process and didn't leave me guessing at any point. When I needed help with documents, she jumped in without making it feel like an inconvenience. It's the kind of customer service that's rare these days. Would highly recommend reaching out to her if you're looking to apply.

  I've lived in the Mayfair for about 4 years now. With a huge dog park, having a dog downtown is easy here (as with any dog park, just be aware that not everyone is great at being a dog owner). Maintenance is always quick to respond to issues. The leasing agent, Angie, and the concierge, Ian, have always been very helpful and both have a great sense of humour. A few minor downfalls to this location to consider (mostly out of the Mayfairs control): - No guest parking. - Two elevators for a building this size, especially when people are moving, can be a bit frustrating. - Being downtown, there are sometimes security issues in the building (they have overnight security that can assist with this). I think you will find some issues no matter where you go and these don't bother me too much.

  Angie has been so wonderful to deal with my entire application process! I feel in love with the place immediately when I did my tour with her, and she’s been so kind and answered all of my questions that I’ve had about moving in. She really made me feel so special and eased any concerns I have. I’m super excited to be moving into the Mayfair!!
